How do I receive my CME credits?

In order to receive your CME credits, you will need to complete an online evaluation and a participation tracking worksheet. You may complete the evaluation during the conference as you attend sessions. 

To begin the process, please visit http://z.umn.edu/colonrectal.

You must complete this online process on or before September 30, 2016 in order to receive your credits.

Completing this online is the only way to claim your credits and receive your Statement of Participation. You will receive your Statement of Participation via email approximately 4 weeks after submission.
